A certified behavioral analyst supervises tutors and job-coaches, develops and adapts behavioral programs for adolescents and adults with autism (ages 14-25), tracks progress and prepares reports, contributes to research through case studies/publications/conferences, and creates methodological products such as training programs, checklists, and protocols.
