Maintain and improve an internally developed CRM suite for a non-profit children's charity call centre. Day-to-day work spans ASP.NET/Razor/C# development, SQL Server maintenance, some JavaScript/PHP, and on-premises Windows/Linux (Hyper-V, Active Directory) administration alongside the IT Support Technician.
