Summary
Product Designer owning the end-to-end design process (user research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI) for tools used by seniors and caregivers, collaborating with PMs, engineers, and content teams in Figma with a focus on accessibility, inclusion, and design-system evolution.
We’re looking for a Product Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a strong blend of UX thinking and UI craftsmanship. You’ll be working closely with product managers, engineers, and content experts to design tools and experiences that are not only intuitive but also accessible to all users—especially seniors and caregivers.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end design process for new and existing features.
Conduct user research and usability testing to understand real user needs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between user needs and business goals.
Advocate for accessible, inclusive design with a clear understanding of senior users.
Contribute to and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in Product Design.
Strong portfolio that shows product thinking and polished UI design.
Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
Empathy-driven approach and interest in designing for accessibility and inclusion.
Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.
