Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Diploma Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Strong supply chain knowledge and customer service skills
- Understanding of financial metrics such as EBIT and working capital
Job Scope Highlights:
- Ensure smooth onsite operations (e.g., tool crib and vending machine management, non-conformance resolution, etc.)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, RFQs, and issues
- Forecast customer demand and communicate internal needs
- Propose and manage commercial programs such as cost savings initiatives
- Represent company in regular meetings with the customer
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver top-tier customer service
