Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard)
- alary: $ 2500 - $ 3000 + OT
- Address: [ 3 Bus stop from Tiong Bahru MRT ]
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday / 8.45am to 6pm, Alternate Saturday / 8.45am to 1.15pm
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects
- Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions.
- Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems.
- Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.
Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Engineering / Infocomm Technology (ICT) / Electronics Engineering
