1 Year Contract Client Account Manager (Investor Services / Transfer Agency) #BLM
Jobs Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and clients; manage enquiries and provide timely support across daily investor servicing activities.
- Handle trade processing queries, callbacks, investor reporting and static data maintenance while ensuring agreed service standards are met.
- Coordinate with Transfer Agency, Trade Processing, AML/KYC and other operations teams to investigate and resolve client and transaction related issues.
- Support client onboarding, new fund launches and mandates; coordinate operational requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in process improvements, system enhancements and strategic projects to improve investor servicing and operational efficiency.
- Review work completed by junior team members and represent the team in client, auditor and internal stakeholder meetings.
Job Requirements
- Must have experience working within Investor Services / Transfer Agency teams in a Fund Administrator or Fund Services provider.
- Strong knowledge of investor servicing, trade processing and Transfer Agency operations.
- Prior experience in a client facing role with direct investor or fund client interaction.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem solving skills.
