Summary

2D designer creating visual proposals and artwork for events, exhibitions, and conferences. Works with senior designers and sales teams through concept development to final production, using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.

2D Designer, Creative Catalyst (Events, Exhibitions, Conferences)

Responsibilities

  • Develop, research and conceptualise 2D design proposals
  • Assist senior designer in creating captivating visuals and proposal
  • Work closely with the project sales team in understanding the project requirement and conceptualise ideals for the proposal
  • Play an active role in contributing creative ideas
  • Attend client meeting and internal briefing related to the project
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final artwork production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure all creative deliverables are completed on schedule.

Requirements

  • At least a Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in the event industry
  • Highly proficient in graphic/creative design programs: Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and reasonable fluency in Microsoft office programs (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Words etc.).
  • Strong in creative storytelling and design mastery
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised and self motivated
  • Fast learner with can-do attitude
  • Ability to manage tight deadline and concurrent running projects
