Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality 3D models, renderings and visualizations for hotel, hospitality and interior design projects.
• Translate design concepts, sketches, drawings and mood boards into accurate 3D environments.
• Produce photorealistic interior renderings for presentations, client meetings and design development.
• Develop 3D models for various interior spaces, including hotel guestrooms, suites, restaurants, bars, lobbies, corridors, function spaces and other public areas.
• Work closely with Interior Designers and Project Designers to understand design intent, materials, finishes, furniture and lighting requirements.
• Prepare and update 3D models based on design revisions and client feedback.
• Assist with the development of material, texture, furniture, lighting and styling details to achieve the desired design aesthetic.
• Source and create appropriate 3D assets, materials and textures for project requirements.
• Ensure 3D models and visualizations accurately reflect the latest design information and project requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop presentation materials, perspectives and design visuals.
• Coordinate with the wider project team to ensure consistency between 3D visualisations, drawings and design documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high standard of visual quality and accuracy.
• Keep up to date with current trends, materials, furniture, lighting and visualization techniques within the hospitality and interior design industry.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Graphic/Visual Art or similar
• Will suit a Graduate or someone with 5 years industry experience
• Experience in 3D modelling and rendering
• Excellent knowledge of 3D Studio Max
• Sketch Up knowledge would be favorable.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Experience is other programs also beneficial: 3DS Max (Vray), (Corona) Bentley Microstation, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Unreal Engine and Premiere.
