About the Role

This is a studio-based visualization role for someone who wants to spend their time behind the screen, not on a job site. You'll take architectural and interior concepts — including landscape and outdoor space elements — and turn them into photorealistic 3D visuals that sell a project before a single wall goes up. Working closely with architects and interior designers, you'll be the person who makes a concept tangible for a client meeting or a tender submission. If you know 3ds Max inside out and want a role where your renders are the deliverable — not a side task — this is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 3D models and photorealistic renders using 3ds Max, ensuring accuracy against architectural drawings and interior design specifications
• Produce high-quality visualizations for landscape and outdoor design elements (hardscape, softscape, and outdoor architectural features) as part of integrated fit-out packages
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to translate design concepts into accurate, presentation-ready 3D visuals
• Use D5 Render and SketchUp alongside 3ds Max as part of the visualization workflow, selecting the right tool for each deliverable
• Prepare rendered proposals and presentation materials used in client-facing pitches and tender submissions
• Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines without compromising render quality
• Stay current on 3D visualization software, rendering techniques, and industry trends, applying new tools to improve turnaround time and output quality
• Maintain a structured model and asset library for reuse across projects, improving consistency and efficiency
• Participate in design team reviews, incorporating feedback into revised visualizations
• Coordinate with the design team on material, finish, and lighting representation to ensure renders accurately reflect intended specifications

Skills

• Proven proficiency in 3ds Max for architectural and interior visualization — required
• Working knowledge of D5 Render and SketchUp — required
• Demonstrated experience visualizing landscape or outdoor design elements — required
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, spatial planning, and material representation
• Portfolio demonstrating photorealistic interior and landscape renders — required
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality
• Strong attention to detail in technical accuracy and visual presentation
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field — strongly preferred
• Prior experience in a UAE fit-out or architectural interiors company — is a meaningful advantage
