We are looking for a Technical Writer to join a project for our client, a company specializing in employee benefits and payment solutions.

What you'll do:

• Create and maintain technical documentation and instructions for three teams.
• Document IT systems and processes.
• Identify and fill documentation gaps.
• During the handover period, rebuild missing documentation describing the current system.
• Work with tools such as Confluence.
• Quickly learn and document a Salesforce system.

What we're looking for:

• Strong technical writing skills.
• Experience documenting IT systems and processes.
• Experience with documentation tools, e.g. Confluence.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and understand complex technical processes.
