6 Months Marketing Coordinator | Insurance | Up to $4500 #NKA

Location: Raffles Place

Duration: 6 months contract

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 830 - 515

Salary: Up to $4500

Job Responsibilities:

• Support planning, execution and tracking of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
• Manage project timelines and support campaign reporting and presentations.
• Support email marketing campaigns, including set-up, testing and scheduling.
• Create and adapt marketing materials such as social media graphics, email banners and presentation templates.
• Perform basic design and content updates while ensuring brand consistency.
• Support procurement, including quotations, purchase orders and invoice tracking.
• Provide logistical support for events, webinars and other marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Marketing with at least 1-2 years of experience
