Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the SMT production lines, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support for troubleshooting and maintaining SMT equipment.
- Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity and reduce defects.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Work closely with the engineering and quality control teams to resolve any production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain and update documentation related to SMT processes, equipment maintenance, and production metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in managing SMT production lines within an electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency in SMT equipment and processes, including reflow soldering, pick-and-place machines, and automated optical inspection (AOI).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
