Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee procurement, inventory management, and logistics to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor key performance metrics, such as lead times, on-time delivery, and inventory turnover.
• Coordinate closely with production teams to ensure material availability for scheduled production runs.
• Drive continuous improvements in supply chain processes to enhance overall performance and cost-effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably within an electronics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software tools.
