Job Description:

• Oversee procurement activities for new projects and mass production.
• Implement sourcing strategies to balance cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Manage purchase orders in ERP , including supplier confirmation and delivery follow-up.
• Monitor and control inventory levels to align with sales targets and production needs.
• Handle MRO and indirect purchasing (process improvement, quotation reviews, PO issuance, order follow-up).
• Coordinate with departments to ensure raw material availability and production efficiency.
• Control procurement budget and drive cost-effectiveness.
• Resolve issues related to supplier delivery, product quality, and service delays.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Background in EMS PCBA manufacturing.

• Strong experience in procurement/supply chain.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
