Job Description:

• Operate and maintain painting systems.
• Apply and test various paints on metal and plastic parts, ensuring quality standards.
• Plan and perform consumable testing, and collaborate with suppliers for process improvements.
• Conduct quality checks on paint films and troubleshoot production issues.
• Support cross-functional teams and ad-hoc assignments to optimize paint shop operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemistry.
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in related field.
• Familiar with ISO 9001:2015, EMS 14001, OHSAS 18001 standards.
• Strong supplier coordination, cross-functional communication, and problem-solving skills.
