We are Silicon Valley ABA (SVABA), a mission-driven nonpublic agency providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and young adults with autism. Our team works directly in clients’ homes and in the community, partnering with families to build meaningful skills and promote independence. We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Case Supervisor to help guide our behavior technicians and support the success of each client’s program.

Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Case Manager (High-Level Supervision)
Location: In-home services (travel required within assigned region)
Employment Type: Full-time paid hourly
Schedule: Primarily afternoons/evenings, with some flexibility
Pay Rate: Starting at $50-$60 per hour

What You’ll Do
- Initial and ongoing assessment using behavior analytic resources
- Goal development and individualized protocol development
- Oversee the implementation of ABA treatment plans
- Provide direct supervision, coaching, and support to behavior technicians and case supervisors
- Conduct in-home observations and model effective intervention strategies
- Develop and update behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analyst®
- Review data, monitor progress, and ensure treatment fidelity
- Communicate regularly with families and collaborate with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold agency standards
