Salary: Low-Mid $100k's Base + Uncapped comms

What You’ll Be Doing -

• Generate and win new business opportunities
• Build relationships with SMB and mid-market clients
• Run discovery meetings and understand business challenges
• Work with consultants to shape solution outcomes
• Prepare proposals and commercial responses
• Manage opportunities through to close
• Help grow a rapidly expanding Microsoft practice

What We’re Looking For

• 1–5+ years experience in IT/software/services sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and consultative mindset
• Motivated, proactive, and career-driven attitude
• Someone hungry to learn and develop
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
