This role is a call-center based sales training position, designed for individuals with strong sales or finance experience or an applicable college degree who want a structured path into the mortgage industry.

This is a high-impact sales training program designed to take motivated, competitive sales professionals and turn them into Wholesale Mortgage Account Executives. Our top people in this position earned 7 figures in 2025.
