Account Manager Financial Institutions
Own relationships with banks, credit unions, and brokerages, helping them derive value from Fideum's platform while addressing regulated operational and compliance needs. Map capabilities to client objectives, coordinate with legal, compliance, and technical stakeholders, identify expansion opportunities, and lead business reviews and executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary relationship owner for banks, credit unions, and brokerages
- Understand client business objectives and map platform capabilities to their needs
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, and technical teams to address regulatory requirements
- Drive account expansion by identifying new use cases and product-adoption opportunities
- Prepare and deliver QBRs, business reviews, and executive presentations
- Maintain knowledge of financial regulations and industry trends affecting clients
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience with financial institutions
- Deep understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience with digital assets, payments, or treasury technology solutions
- Relationship-building skills and executive presence
- Ability to manage complex implementations and multi-phase rollouts
- Ability to work with legal, compliance, and procurement teams
- Experience with BSA/AML, KYC, or other financial crime programs
- Familiarity with core banking systems or fintech infrastructure
- Relevant industry certifications or credentials
