Account Manager [Printing & IT Solutions]

Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
- Understand client needs and propose customized IT and printing solutions.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and proposals, clearly communicating value proposition.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of products and services.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Experience in IT office automation or related industry is an added advantage.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and drive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in using IT systems and applications.
- Strong customer engagement skills with a passion for delivering excellent service.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
