Account Manager

We are seeking an Account Manager based in the North Texas/DFW market to serve as a key member of the Harmony Public Schools management team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing commercial cleaning and facility support operations across multiple campuses, ensuring all contractual service commitments are met while delivering exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and financial performance. Supporting customers throughout the North Texas/DFW region, the Account Manager will provide direct oversight of daily operations, workforce planning, staffing, scheduling, quality assurance, training, and performance management for both internal teams and subcontracted service providers.
