Accounting Analyst III

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Accounting Analyst III for a Contract assignment with one of our premier Healthcare clients working remotely. (PST Hours)

Responsibilities :

• The Accounting Analyst III supports a large-scale payroll and workforce management system implementation involving Workday and UKG Pro WFM. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive test scenarios, staging test data, executing multiple testing phases, and validating system functionality and payroll accuracy.
• The analyst will review test results, research discrepancies and variances, document outcomes, and ensure identified issues are tracked through resolution. This role works closely with HRIS, payroll, IT, and other project stakeholders to validate system integrations, data flows, and overall readiness for deployment.
• The position is dedicated to project-based implementation work and requires organized documentation, detailed analysis, and consistent follow-through to support successful system validation and deployment.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or payroll systems analysis
• Experience with Workday and UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM)
• Experience with payroll unit, integration, regression, system, and parallel testing
• Ability to design, stage, and execute test scenarios for system implementations
• Experience with analyzing test results and identifying discrepancies or variances
• Proficiency in documenting test cases, results, issues, and resolutions
• Experience working on large-scale system implementation or transformation projects
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional HRIS, payroll, and IT teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations in healthcare or large organizations
• Experience with OneLink or similar enterprise integration projects
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools
• Knowledge of payroll operations and compliance requirements
• Ability to interpret system data flows and integrations between platform
• Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments
