Accounting and Finance Manager

Job Description:

• Implementing internal controls and ensuring that accounting activities are in accordance with legal, government and company policies. Monitoring finance policies, procedures and processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency of financial information.
• Ensuring that all processes are maintained and developed in accordance with both local and corporate requirements.
• Being responsible and preparing, examining and analyzing accounting records of all subsidiaries.
• Preparing, consolidating, and analyzing reports and financial statements of all subsidiaries.
• Coordinate with Banks and manage the L/C and Bank Guarantee
• Implement currency management to optimize Company benefit
• Handling and responsible for overall accounting functions.
• Dealing with Auditors and revenue department.

Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree or Masters in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• At least 10 years of work experience in finance and accounting functions.
• Good knowledge of accounting theories, principles and practices.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Have experience in process of BOI License.
