Accounting And Finance Manager

Industry: Stone Contracting / Construction Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reports To: General Manager / Managing Director JOB SUMMARY We are looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to manage the company’s accounting and financial operations and provide strong financial control across our stone contracting projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, cash-flow management, project cost control, receivables, payables, banking, budgeting, VAT compliance, and financial risk management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Manage the company’s accounting and finance functions. * Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports. * Manage cash flow, working capital, and payment planning. * Monitor accounts receivable and lead collection activities. * Manage accounts payable and supplier payments. * Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability. * Prepare cash-flow forecasts and budget-versus-actual reports. * Manage banking relationships, LCs, bank guarantees, and financial facilities. * Ensure VAT and other regulatory compliance. * Coordinate external audits and tax requirements. * Establish strong internal financial controls. * Work closely with the General Manager, Project Managers, QS/Commercial, Procurement, and HR. * Identify financial risks and provide management with practical recommendations. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR A hands-on finance professional who can go beyond bookkeeping and actively help management control cash flow, costs, project profitability, and financial risk.

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * 7–10+ years of accounting/finance experience. * Construction or contracting experience is strongly preferred. * GCC/Saudi experience preferred. * Strong experience in project accounting and cash-flow management. * Good knowledge of VAT, banking, LCs, and bank guarantees. * Excellent Excel and ERP/accounting-system skills. * Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills. * Professional qualification such as ACCA, CMA, CPA is an advantage. Preferred Background Experience in stone, marble, granite, façade, fit-out, or construction subcontracting will be highly advantageous.
