Accounting Manager

Remote Position – Must reside in Florida or Georgia Salary: $85,00-$95,000 Working Hours: M-F 8:00am-5:00pm The Accounting Manager oversees Pace’s day-to-day accounting operations and supports the financial stewardship of an organization with an annual budget of approximately $50 million. Reporting to the Controller, this role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with GAAP, nonprofit accounting standards, grant and donor requirements, and applicable regulations. The Accounting Manager leads the accounting team and partners across the organization to strengthen financial processes and provide timely information that supports sound decision-making.
