We're looking for an Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting operations, support financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and partner with leaders across the organization to drive business success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing technical accounting responsibilities with leadership, process improvement, and strategic business support.

At Top Pot, our Accounting Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity of our business while supporting our continued growth. You'll work closely with leadership to provide accurate financial information, improve efficiencies, and help guide key business decisions.
