Role Summary:
As a part-time, adjunct faculty member, teach 3-credit accounting courses at both the undergraduate and graduate level.

Primary Duties:
1. Design and deliver high-quality undergraduate and graduate-level Accounting courses, focusing on the instructor’s area of expertise and the needs of the Accounting and Legal Studies Department.
2. Develop engaging and effective teaching materials, including syllabi, course outlines, and assignments that meet the learning outcomes of each course and reflect the University’s emphasis on Jesuit values.
3. Maintain scholarly activity, including research, publications and conference presentations in the field of Accounting.
4. Demonstrate relevant and current subject-matter expertise, and help students connect concepts across their academic program.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be able to teach in-person courses as well as remote courses.

Tenure Information: Non-Tenured

Adjunct Rate: $1,000 per credit.
