Ads Campaign Manager
Own the strategy and day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, primarily on X (Twitter), while guiding targeting, creative testing, analytics, copywriting, budget allocation, and compliance for a crypto and fintech product.
Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and day-to-day management of paid campaigns on X (Twitter).
- Expand campaigns to additional channels as appropriate.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns for sign-ups, activation, qualified leads, or revenue.
- Build and maintain testing roadmaps for audiences, creatives, offers, and landing pages.
- Communicate learnings from experiments.
- Write and iterate short-form ad copy tailored to advanced traders, funds, and Web3 users.
- Define and track core performance metrics and provide weekly summaries with clear next steps.
- Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering to align messaging with features and launches.
- Recommend budget allocation and channel mix based on data.
- Ensure campaign compliance with platform policies and crypto and fintech advertising rules.
Requirements
- 3+ years running paid social campaigns, including X (Twitter), focused on B2B SaaS, fintech, or crypto/Web3.
- Demonstrated ability to profitably spend real budgets and discuss CAC, ROAS, and past experiments.
- Strong command of campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing, and funnel optimization.
- Comfort with analytics tools, ad platform dashboards, attribution, and basic spreadsheets.
- Excellent short-form copywriting skills for performance ads.
- Familiarity with crypto trading, derivatives, or DeFi and genuine interest in the space.
- Highly autonomous, reliable, and comfortable working in a small, fast-moving remote team.
- Experience marketing to quant funds, prop traders, or high-frequency algorithmic traders is a nice to have.
