Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Description

• Provide professional consultations and recommend suitable aesthetic treatments based on clients’ needs.
• Conduct sales consultations for injectables, lasers, skin treatments and other doctor-led aesthetic procedures.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve individual and clinic sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, enquiries, appointment conversions and customer follow-ups.
• Work closely with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a smooth customer journey.
• Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain high service standards.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of sales experience in an aesthetic clinic.
• Must have experience and knowledge in injectables such as Botox, fillers, skin boosters and other aesthetic treatments.
• Strong sales, consultation and closing skills.
• Prior team management experience is preferred.
• Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.
