Affiliate Business Development Manager Northeast Asia

This role focuses on KOL management, partnership development, data analysis, reporting, and strategy development to promote OKX and grow its user base in Northeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and collaborate with KOLs to promote the exchange in Northeast Asia.
• Manage KOL relationships, including top-trader ambassadors.
• Ensure KOL alignment with the exchange's brand image and values.
• Develop promotional campaigns, events, and collaborations with KOL partners.
• Analyze KOL performance and report on user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on KOL-led growth strategies.

Requirements

• Prior business development experience in the crypto or platform industry.
• Impeccable local-language and English-language skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret findings to drive business performance.
• Strong decision-making skills in ambiguous circumstances.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and champion new ideas.
• Knowledge of offshore markets relevant to digital asset spot trading, derivatives, and margin lending is highly advantageous.
