Affiliate Manager

Own the strategy and day-to-day operation of affiliate and KOL programs, including partner recruitment, negotiation, campaign execution, relationship management, performance measurement, reporting, governance, and coordination with Growth, Product, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the global affiliate and KOL program and strategy across awareness, acquisition, trading activity, retention, and ROI.
• Identify, evaluate, recruit, and manage affiliates, creators, traders, educators, and community leaders.
• Develop partner and campaign strategies for products, audiences, use cases, and regulatory considerations.
• Negotiate compensation, referral structures, deliverables, exclusivity, and performance incentives across the partner lifecycle.
• Design and execute campaigns around product launches, new markets, trading competitions, incentives, partnerships, and company milestones.
• Improve referral journeys, tracking, attribution, conversion, partner selection, incentives, campaign design, and budget allocation.
• Establish scalable reporting, partner tiers, playbooks, workflows, and governance with Legal and Compliance.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing affiliate, creator, influencer, ambassador, or KOL programs for crypto, trading, brokerage, DeFi, fintech, or comparable digital products.
• Strong knowledge of the crypto creator and trading ecosystem.
• Understanding of tokenized stocks and perpetual futures, including leverage, liquidity, market structure, and trading risks.
• Ability to source, recruit, negotiate with, activate, and retain affiliates or KOLs across multiple channels or regions.
• Track record of measurable acquisition, funded-account, trading, revenue, or retention outcomes through partner campaigns.
• Strong commercial and analytical judgment covering audience quality, attribution, acquisition cost, fraud risk, partner economics, and ROI.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, organization, and cross-functional execution skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate disclosures, financial promotions, geographic restrictions, tokenized securities, and leveraged-product marketing is preferred.
• International experience, additional languages, and established industry relationships are a plus.
