Affiliate Manager

Build Propr's affiliate program into a significant revenue channel by recruiting, onboarding, and growing affiliates. Manage commercial terms, marketing coordination, fraud prevention, compliance, geo-targeting, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale the affiliate program
• Recruit, onboard, and grow affiliates
• Negotiate rev-share, CPA, and hybrid commercial terms
• Set cookie windows, payout schedules, and reporting cadence
• Coordinate landing pages, creatives, tracking links, promo codes, and launch windows
• Identify and remove fraudulent affiliate activity
• Maintain compliant affiliate copy and geo-targeting
• Reduce CAC while scaling attributable revenue

Requirements

• 3+ years running affiliate marketing programs as the owner
• Experience in web2, SaaS, fintech, online gambling, sports betting, forex, CFD, crypto exchanges, or similar affiliate programs
• Comfort with LTV, CAC, payback period, ROI, and attribution analysis
• Experience negotiating rev-share and CPA deals
• Hands-on experience with an affiliate tracking platform such as Tune, Affise, Everflow, Cellxpert, or Post Affiliate Pro
• Fluent written English
