How You’ll Make a Difference
As an Aftermarket Sales Representative, you’ll drive customer retention and aftermarket growth by connecting customers with the parts, service, warranty, and maintenance solutions they need to keep their equipment performing at its best. You’ll build lasting relationships, proactively identify service needs, and create opportunities to increase uptime, protect customer investments, and grow aftermarket revenue.
What You’ll Do
Drive aftermarket revenue by actively selling parts, planned maintenance agreements, extended warranties, recommended repairs, service programs, and other aftermarket solutions to new and existing customers.
Hunt for new business opportunities in the field through proactive prospecting, cold calling, door-to-door outreach, and face-to-face customer visits to build relationships and grow the aftermarket customer base.
Identify customer needs and recommend the right parts, service, warranty, and maintenance solutions to maximize equipment uptime, protect customer investments, and improve overall cost of ownership.
Convert warranty customers into long-term service agreement customers and leverage JCB LiveLink Telematics and CRM tools to identify sales opportunities, manage follow-up, and maintain accurate account activity.
What You’ll Bring
A high school diploma; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Exceptional customer service, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records.
Experience with maintenance, repair, parts department functions, sales, or customer service is preferred, along with an understanding of the systems, procedures, equipment, operations, and reporting that support the sales process.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to work successfully in a hybrid field and office environment.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
Make an impact beyond the initial sale by becoming a trusted resource customers can count on throughout the life of their equipment.
Build relationships while combining customer service, sales, technology, and problem-solving in a role where every day brings new opportunities.
Join a team that values customer care, accountability, collaboration, and finding the right solutions to keep our customers moving.
