What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Agile Product Owner to join our team! The Agile Product Owner manages product backlog and requirements for an assigned enterprise technology product and is accountable for translating business needs into deliverable solutions. The role defines requirements, prioritizes work, and partners with stakeholders and development teams to support delivery of aligned, high-quality product outcomes.
On a typical day, you might:
- Gather and define business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and organizational priorities.
- Conduct business analysis.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product delivery with business needs.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and supports delivery planning and execution.

Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. Requires certification; OR
- Associate's degree and one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development. Requires certification; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- An applicable information technology certification is required when qualifying through a high school diploma, GED, or Associate's degree pathway.Applicable certification(s) including MTA, MCSA (BI), Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-ACP or ITIL or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP, ITIL v3, or an equivalent certification will be accepted.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within United States.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred:
- Four (4) years of project management, business analyst, or other information analytics experience.
- At least one (1) year of experience in both writing and executing SQL statements, with the ability to navigate database structures and schemas.
