AGV Field Implementation Engineer

1. Position Information

Position Title: AGV Field Implementation Engineer

Salary: Negotiable

Education: Diploma or above

Experience: 1–3 years

2. Key Responsibilities

* Execute on-site implementation activities according to project plans, while managing project progress, quality, and costs.

* Communicate with clients on a daily basis, maintain good customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.

* Collaborate with Project Managers, software and hardware R&D teams, and production teams to prepare project documentation and continuously optimize equipment and project solutions.

* Troubleshoot AGV systems, automated storage and retrieval systems (AS/RS), sorting lines, and other automation equipment on-site, and maintain proper records and documentation of identified issues.

* Provide technical support and assistance as required, and respond promptly to project needs.

3. Job Requirements

* Diploma or above in Mechatronics, Automation, Logistics Equipment, or a related field.

* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in the on-site commissioning or implementation of warehouse automation systems, AGVs, AS/RS, or related equipment.

* Able to read and understand basic electrical schematics and independently troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical faults.

* Good communication skills with the ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation.

* Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills, as the role requires communication with Chinese- and English-speaking clients and project teams.

* Willing to travel frequently for project assignments at factories across China.

* Candidates with a valid electrician certification or hands-on experience in commissioning autonomous forklifts or AMRs will have an advantage.
