About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded AI Business Transformation Analyst to support the organisation's digital transformation journey.

Working directly with the Managing Director, you will identify, evaluate, and implement AI, automation, and business improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and operational performance.

This role offers unique exposure across multiple business functions, including Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology. It is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop skills in strategy, innovation, business transformation, and emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve business performance through AI, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Evaluate and test emerging technologies, including AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and workflow automation tools.

  • Support the implementation and optimisation of AI-enabled workflows, systems, and business processes.

  • Analyse current business processes and recommend opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement.

  • Conduct research on industry trends, technology developments, and innovation opportunities.

  • Gather, analyse, and interpret data to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, business cases, and recommendations for executive leadership.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to support transformation projects and change initiatives.

  • Promote responsible and ethical use of AI technologies, ensuring alignment with governance, privacy, and risk management requirements.

About You

You are curious, analytical, and passionate about how technology can solve real business challenges. You enjoy learning, thinking critically, and working collaboratively to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Skills & Experience

  • Degree (completed or nearing completion) in Business, Commerce, Economics, Technology, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

  • Strong interest in AI, automation, digital transformation, and business improvement.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to interpret information and translate insights into practical recommendations.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Desirable

  • Experience using AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.

  • Exposure to workflow automation, data analytics, or process improvement projects.

  • Internship, project, consulting, or work experience involving business analysis, technology, or transformation initiatives.
