AI Cloud Project Manager

Bitdeer Technologies Group is seeking a seasoned AI Cloud Project Manager to coordinate infrastructure engineering, software engineering, operations, vendors, and leadership for a multi-region AI cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI cloud infrastructure and platform software initiatives.
• Coordinate control plane, tenant management, billing, quota, API, portal, scheduling, and observability modules through release.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate compute, network, storage, software engineering, data center operations, and vendor teams.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships.
• Run steering committees, planning sessions, weekly meetings, milestone reviews, and executive reporting.
• Align infrastructure and software delivery timelines for regional launches.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and blockers.
• Define project management standards, templates, and processes.
• Track delivery, schedule, budget, sprint, and resource KPIs.
• Support capacity planning and demand forecasting.
• Lead post-project reviews and lessons-learned processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience in cloud infrastructure, data centers, or cloud platform software delivery.
• Experience delivering complex infrastructure and cloud platform software projects.
• Understanding of compute, networking, storage, and data center facilities.
• Understanding of multi-tenant control planes, Kubernetes, microservices, API design, CI/CD, and software release management.
• Experience managing cross-regional or global projects.
• Project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid.
• Experience with Jira, MS Project, Confluence, or equivalent.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
