AI & Digital Transformation Manager

Responsibilities;

Identify AI and digital transformation opportunities beyond existing data.
Develop business-driven AI concepts and present them to stakeholders for implementation.
Ensure that proposed technologies exist, are feasible, and can be successfully implemented.
Navigate and manage resistance to digital transformation from internal teams.
Collaborate with business, technology, and data teams to drive AI adoption.
Support and align with PMO initiatives to ensure smooth execution of transformation projects.

Requirements;

Background in health industry, insurance, FMCG, or manufacturing is a plus.
Experience in consumer insights, business innovation, or PMO is beneficial.
Strong ability to identify AI opportunities beyond available data.
Knowledge of AI and machine learning (not for execution, but for feasibility assessment).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to drive AI adoption and overcome resistance.
Strategic and conceptual mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable business opportunities.
