This is not a remote position.
We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer (Automation) to join our investor-backed enterprise startup and build production-grade automation systems, primarily supporting marketing and growth operations.
You’ll work on data collection, AI-powered processing, workflow automation, data matching, and third-party integrations to build reliable marketing automation system that operate at scale.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience
Proven experience building production automation systems
Python — scraping, APIs, ETL, async workflows
Playwright / Scrapy
PostgreSQL
Workflow automation tools knowledge (n8n and others alike)
AI / LLM integrations
OpenSearch / vector search
APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
Nice to Have (not must)
AWS / GCP
Docker
Data enrichment experience
Outreach system experience
Languages
