AI Engineer
Design and implement agent workflows integrating structured and unstructured data, build scalable backend systems and APIs, integrate language models for retrieval, embedding, and function-calling use cases, and fine-tune and deploy models for personalized AI and intent matching.
Responsibilities
- Design and build agent workflows that integrate structured and unstructured data
- Create knowledge graphs and preference embeddings for personalized AI
- Architect and implement scalable backend systems and APIs
- Develop LLM action agent frameworks and AI toolsets beyond existing libraries
- Integrate language model APIs for retrieval, embedding, and function calls
- Fine-tune, deploy, and iterate on language and action models
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar programming languages
- Experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
- Solid knowledge of machine learning and deep learning algorithms including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, NLP, reinforcement learning, and neural networks
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms, in containerized environments, or on mobile devices
- Experience with knowledge graphs, embedding techniques, data pipelines, LangChain, and LlamaIndex
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Preferred: experience with NLP and LLMs
- Preferred: familiarity with MLOps practices and monitoring AI systems
- Preferred: experience with A/B testing, optimization, and model interpretability
