AI/ML Engineer

About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated AI/ML Engineers who are passionate about Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning. This role is crucial for developing innovative AI models and applications that leverage state-of-the-art frameworks. You will gain hands-on experience in building AI models, working with transformers, training LLMs, and developing applications that utilize advanced AI technologies, including Hugging Face for custom model training and fine-tuning.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, including NLP and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct experiments to evaluate model performance and optimize algorithms for efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for model deployment and integration with existing systems.

Required Skills and Technologies
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML/DL libraries such as PyTorch, Keras, and scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Experience with SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, GANs, vision transformers, and transformer-based architectures.
- Knowledge of tools like Matplotlib, Pandas, and Hugging Face Hub for model training and fine-tuning.

Work Location & Setup
This position is available in both remote and onsite formats, based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The work environment is collaborative, with opportunities for both independent and team-based projects.

Employment Type & Duration
This is a full-time position with a project duration from August 18, 2025, to September 30, 2026. Onboarding will take approximately 15+ days.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is between 70,000 to 85,000 INR per month. Additional benefits may include flexible working hours and opportunities for professional development.
