Work with founders and senior engineers to build real features and prototypes, turn ideas into reliable and scalable products, and explore AI-assisted development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build real features, prototypes, and demos using Codex, Claude Code, and modern AI coding agents
- Turn ideas into working demos quickly and improve their reliability, scalability, and production readiness
- Direct, evaluate, and control AI coding agents to increase engineering output
- Collaborate with founders and senior engineers across product, engineering, and strategy
- Explore new AI development workflows and help the team move faster
- Contribute to a fast-moving product focused on experimentation, speed, and quality
Requirements
- Build regularly with AI tools and show completed projects
- Provide examples of projects, repositories, demos, prototypes, or technical experiments
- Be excited about Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, AI agents, and agentic development workflows
- Learn by building and ship consistently
- Demonstrate strong technical curiosity and independence
- Prioritize output and learning speed over titles or credentials
- Be comfortable with real responsibility in a fast-moving environment
