Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of features from conception to deployment in the Procure to Pay project.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers and designers to translate requirements into innovative technical solutions.
- Write scalable, maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure high quality.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing, facilitating a culture of learning.
- Participate in architectural discussions, proposing technical improvements that enhance project outcomes.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Stay current with industry trends, evaluating new technologies for potential adoption in projects.
Collaboration Rhythm
- Coordinate with PM/Design/QA/Ops to lock crisp acceptance criteria for project deliverables.
- Share project status and risk updates early, providing options and trade-offs for decision-making.
- Navigate time zones and schedules effectively, maintaining alignment with hybrid work norms.

- Maintain code testability, readability, and observability within the modules you own.
- Contribute to usable checklists and runbooks, providing resources others can leverage for future projects.
