AI Software Engineer

Design AI-first internal platforms and developer tools from concept through production, establish standards for AI-assisted development, collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities, prototype and productionize solutions, implement automation, and evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-first internal platforms and developer tools
• Set standards and best practices for AI-assisted development
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities
• Prototype, validate, and productionize robust solutions
• Implement end-to-end automation
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI tools and frameworks

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Backend or frontend development experience
• Track record of shipping production-grade software
• Ability to create scalable architectures and repeatable workflows
• Experience building MCP, agents, skills, or internal automation frameworks
• Experience with AI evaluation loops, monitoring, and guardrails
• Ability to own solutions end-to-end from design through observability
• C#/.NET Core, TypeScript, or React Native
• Kubernetes and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with automation platforms such as n8n
• High availability and reliability experience
