What you'll bring
- A background as a backend or full-stack engineer. You've shipped and maintained production software.
- Hands-on infrastructure experience. You've built and owned environments, not just used them
- Practical experience with local LLM deployment, quantization, retrieval systems and tool integrations
- Strong system design skills, especially around streaming and real-time processing
- Comfortable talking to non-technical stakeholders. You can explain trade-offs plainly, push back when needed, and keep a project moving.
- Fluent in English and Hungarian
