Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development of features, ensuring they meet user needs and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Write scalable and maintainable code while conducting thorough code reviews to uphold team standards.
- Mentor junior developers and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
- Engage in architectural discussions, proposing technical improvements that enhance system performance.
- Debug complex issues and optimize application performance for a seamless user experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and evaluate new technologies for potential adoption into the tech stack.
Technical Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Development Experience: Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• System Design: Basic knowledge of scalable system architecture and database design.
• Collaboration: Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, showcasing your ability to thrive in team-oriented settings.
• Independence: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively manage project timelines.
