AI Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-world applications, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and deploy large language models (LLMs) to meet business needs.

· Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

· Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models for performance and scalability.

· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, data, and LLM technologies.

· Lead AI projects from concept to deployment, ensuring best practices in data security and ethical AI.

· Provide technical guidance to teams on AI-related initiatives.

· Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and frameworks when necessary.

· Document AI models, workflows, and processes for knowledge sharing.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related fields.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

· Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.

· Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (e.g., LLMs, GANs).

· Knowledge of cloud AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML).

· Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

· Experience with MLOps and AI model deployment pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have:

· Experience in AI consulting or solution architecture.

· Familiarity with data and AI technologies.

· Knowledge of ethical AI and regulatory compliance (e.g., PDPA, GDPR).
