All-source Intelligence Analyst
Execute OSINT collection and intelligence analysis on Southeast Asia scam networks, combining geolocation, GEOINT, adtech, physical OSINT, financial intelligence, and on-chain data to support disruption of crypto-enabled fraud.
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end intelligence and OSINT operations against scam infrastructure across Southeast Asia.
- Trace scam compounds using cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, adtech, physical OSINT, on-chain attribution, and commercially available data.
- Process investigative returns and feed victim, operator, and infrastructure data into intelligence and product pipelines.
- Expand individual victim, wallet, device, or compound leads into broader operational networks and actionable investigative leads.
- Partner with scams subject-matter experts, on-chain analysts, and the DC-based targeting cell to support government enforcement actions.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience.
- US citizenship and Bangkok presence or willingness for extensive APAC travel.
- Hands-on OSINT tradecraft, including cell triangulation, IP geolocation, GEOINT, adtech analysis, infrastructure attribution, and link analysis.
- Experience building operational intelligence products or targeting packages for government or law enforcement partners.
- Southeast Asia field experience is strongly preferred; regional language skills are a differentiator.
- Comfort using AI tools to accelerate investigative workflows, synthesize data, and draft operational outputs.
- Financial crime or cryptocurrency experience is a plus, not a requirement.
