Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct risk and compliance checks in alignment with KPMG’s internal policies.
- Perform due diligence on entities to identify potential risks.
- Draft and review legal documents including:
- DPA (Data Processing Agreement)
- LOE MSA (Letter of Engagement for Managed Services Agreement)
- SOW (Statement of Work)
- NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for necessary approvals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely updates.
