Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions
• Proactively identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities to expand the client's portfolio of products and services
• Collaborate with various teams within the bank to ensure seamless delivery of services and a superior client experience
• Actively monitor client accounts, anticipate their needs, and promptly address any concerns or queries
• Contribute to the growth and profitability of the Treasures segment by meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to provide informed advice to clients

Requirements

• Have experience in a client-facing role within the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with high-net-worth clients
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex financial products and services
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
• Proficient in the use of relevant banking and financial software applications
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
